Hi, I’m Julia – a Quality Engineering Leader passionate about building products that work beautifully and stand the test of time.

For the past nine years, I led quality efforts at Automattic for WooCommerce, helping scale a platform that powers millions of online stores. Along the way, I built testing frameworks, rolled out automation strategies, and partnered with brilliant engineers and designers across the globe.

One of my proudest wins? Driving a 90% reduction in fix releases over five years – turning a reactive process into a stable, high-confidence release pipeline. For me, it’s all about setting the bar high and helping teams exceed it.

What I love most is that quality work isn’t just about catching bugs – it’s about crafting experiences people can trust and enjoy. It’s mentoring, collaborating, and turning big ideas into sustainable systems.
